Qikkids offer a fully managed helpdesk available to all Qikkids users. The helpdesk is available from 8.00am – 5.00pm (EST) Monday to Friday and can be contacted to help you with any Qikkids related problems. The helpdesk also provides assistance with any functions Qikkids provides.
In addition to the above phone support Qikkids also offers email and forum support. The best place to ask questions about QikKids is the QikKids Support Forum at www.qikkids.com.au/forums. You can read and search through the various postings made by our support staff and questions asked by other users. To be able to post your own questions you will firstly need to register on the forum. Registration is free and takes only a few seconds. Note: to register you need a valid e-mail address.
