The Quarterly Sign In/Out Sheet Generator is only necessary if you prefer quarterly sheets over daily or weekly sheets.
Select Tools from the menu. Select Quarterly Sign In/Out Sheet.
All Children
Allows the user to print sheets for all children currently active on a roll.
Only this child
Prints the sheet for the selected child only. This is useful if a sheet is lost or damaged or a child commences after you have printed all the sheets.
This roll
Allows the user to print sheets for the selected roll only.
Dates
Select the dates to which the sign in/out sheet will apply.
Format
Select the format for your sign in/out sheet.
Preview
Select Preview to view the sheet format you have selected.
