Recalculate Fees
Under most circumstances QikKids will automatically adjust CCB as you enter new CCB Statements. However you can force a recalculation for a particular account by using the Recalc button.
Note: There is also a function under the tools menu to force the system to recalculate Fees and CCB for all accounts.
Select the account that you wish to recalculate and click CCB. Click Recalc.
Starting from
Enter the date that the CCB will be backdated to.
Ending
Enter the date that the CCB will be backdated up until. QikKids will automatically choose the appropriate CCB Statement(s) to use during the backdating. Click OK.
