Statement of Childcare Usage

Centre

Select the appropriate Centre from the drop-down list (only available if logged into multiple centres).

Care Type

Select from the available options for this centre.

Details

Claim Summary - produces a report that summarises the information present in an electronic lodgement. It lists all accounts together with their CRN, CCB and fee details.

Claim Records - this enables you to produce an individual detailed report for one or all families.

Dates

Select either a quarterly period from the top drop-down box or specific start and finish dates from the bottom boxes.

CCB Absence Counts

This produces a report showing the absence details for a child for a given financial year. You can select to list all dates of absences, or just produce a summary.

Current CCB Details

This produces a report showing the CCB details (CRN, CCB % and hours) of all accounts for logged in centres.

CRN Listing By Name / CRN Listing by CRN

These reports list all accounts together with their CRNs. The former high-lights in red those without a CRN.

Electronic Lodgement

The QikKids CCB Claim Wizard takes you through, step by step, the process of lodging a Chilcare Benefit Claim. Simply select the appropriate option on each page then complete your contact details, before saving the claim ready to pass on to Centrelink.

Import CentrePay

This menu item will only be available to those users who have this right assigned to them (See Configure Users). Enter the details as required and click the Import button.
