The Banking screen allows the user to reconcile banking inputs and print documents for record management or reporting purposes. It also provides a deposit slip for submission to your bank saving the need for preparing a manual deposit slip.
For centres with multiple accounts, choose the relevant account by selecting from the drop down list on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Summaries
Allows the user to create new Banking summaries or view, edit, print or delete previous banking summaries.
Previous
To view, edit, delete or reprint previous summaries select Previous. See Previous Summaries.
New
To select a single transaction to be included in the banking summary double click on it. To select multiple entries press Shift while clicking on the first and last entries. See New Banking.
Totals
This allows the user to view the running totals of transactions as they are selected from the transaction list in the larger bank account screen.
Selection
This allows the user to select single or multiple entries to be added to the transaction summary.
