The search box is used to quickly find a family account from various details you may have, such as a child or parent name, or CRN number.
In
Select from the drop down list of All Families, Active Families or Non-Active Families.
Active families are families that are currently linked to your centre. Included are families without any enrolments.
Non-Active Families are families that previously attended your centre or another centre in your database (multi-centre QikKids only).
Show
Select the details you are searching with.
For
Enter the details to be searched for. Partial matches are supported - for example, you can search on the first few letters of a name. Press Go to start the search.
Select
Highlight the family or child that you found and press Select to have them highlighted on the main accounts screen.
Note: If the family is not active in your centre you cannot display their details on the accounts screen. To see these details you must link them to you centre. Family Account Setup
