Adding and Linking Accounts

QikKids allows for the operation of multiple statement accounts within a centre. Each statement account provides a distinct set of transactions and balance for each family in the system.

Typical uses for multiple statement accounts are:

The Bank and Statement Accounts screen selects which statement accounts are available in the centre, and which bank accounts are used for banking any monies received into those statement accounts.

Statement Account

Choose the statement account that you are activating in the centre.

Note: See Configure Statement Accounts for information on adding new statement accounts.

Bank Into

Choose the bank account that will be linked to the above statement account.

New & Edit

Creates a new bank account or edits the selected bank account.

Delete

Deletes the selected bank account. This does not remove or alter previous banking summaries that used this bank account.

Account Name

The name of the bank account.

Bank

The bank that holds the bank account.

Branch

The local branch of the bank that holds the bank account.

BSB

The branch number for the account. This number is always 6 digits long.

Account No.

The account number for this bank account.

Custom / Agent Number

A user defined field that can be used in custom reporting.
