Sender Name
The name that will appear in the From field of any emails sent.
From (email)
The email address that will appear in the From field of any emails sent.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
QikKids communicates directly with your mail server via SMTP, bypassing the local email client. To monitor the emails you are sending, enter your email address into the BCC field. This will result in each email also being sent to you.
Note: If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can create a rule to move all emails BCC'd to you into your sent items folder
Reply Address
The reply address is the address that a response email will be sent to if the recipient clicks Reply.
Centre - sets the email reply address to the centre's email address as specified on the centre details screen. See Configure Centres.
Reply To - manually sets the email reply to address.
SMTP Server
The SMTP server settings supplied to you by your ISP or network administrator.
Auto Connect to the Internet
If you have a dial up Internet connection, tick this box to allow QikKids to automatically connect to the Internet when sending emails.
Note: Because QikKids communicates directly with your mail server, you must be online in order to send emails.
