Allow Network Compact
If you are using an Access database to store your QikKids data, it's important to regularly compact and repair it to reduce the possibility of corruption (Compact and Repair is located on the Tools menu). Compacting over a network can often be slow, and if there is a loss of network connectivity during the process, your database can be left permanently damaged. Therefore we recommend leaving this option unchecked and doing the Compact and Repair locally.
Allow Shared Banking
Multi-centre only. If ticked, enables bank accounts for the current logged in centres to be shared. See Adding and Linking Accounts.
Require Banking Document ID
Forces the user to enter a Document ID when creating a banking summary. This can be used to keep track of supporting documentation for the banking summary.
Require CCB Stat Document ID
Forces the user to enter a Document ID when entering new CCB Statements. This can be used to keep track of supporting documentation for the statement.
