Automatically Fill in New CCB Percentages
Tick to have new CCB Statement percentages automatically pre-populated with the same percentages as the previous statement.
Default CCB Statement to School Age
Tick to have CCB Statements assume school age children when the child does not have a starts school date, and their DOB could be either school age or non-school age.
Require Start School Date
Tick this to require a birth date for all children eligible for fee reduction or lump sum CCB.
Default to 50 Hours
Tick to have CCB Statements pre-populated with a 50 hour limit.
Show All Drives in Claim Wizard
Tick to have the CCB Claim Lodgement Wizard allow saving claims to locations other than floppy and CD drives.

Auto Suspend Bookings
If a child is marked absent for more than 2 weeks running, tick this to have their booking automatically suspended. This can be used to stop over claiming when a child has left your centre without notification. A CCB claim can be disallowed if there are a period of absences not followed by more attendances.
