The reports screen provides a collection of reports and datasheets for centre management. Reports provide information on the centres logged into by the current user. Additionally there is a special user permission called Master Reports that can be used to create a user account to view reports across all centres. See Configure Users.

Preview
Previews the currently selected report on screen. Preview reports can be exported to many formats, including Excel, Word and PDF*.
* PDF is not available in QikKids Basic Edition.
Prints the currently selected report.
Add / Remove Favourites
Adds or removes the currently highlighted report from the user's favourites list.
Datasheets
Datasheets provide a convenient way of viewing and exporting raw data. They can be found under their appropriate categories and are shown in blue text. Datasheets can be linked straight into a Word Mail Merge by pressing the Word Merge button in the report tool bar. They can also export straight into Excel for further analysis as well as common data transfer formats such as CSV and XML. When exporting data, it is preferable to use a datasheet rather than a report.
Customising Reports
All reports and datasheets can be customised, and new ones added. See Customising Reports and Statements. In addition, straight SQL can be included immediately into QikKids and appears as a custom datasheet without manually preparing a custom reports file.
