Custom
Used to enter data for any custom fields you may have defined. See Custom Fields (Database Options) for information on creating custom fields.
If the Custom Field has had the Keep History setting checked then clicking the elipsis (...) will display the History screen. This shows a record of all entries for this custom field. From this screen you also have the option of adding and deleting entries for this field, as well as editing existing entries including the addition of notes.
