Linking Fees to Rolls

After creating your fee structure, the final step is to select which rolls the fee will be available in. This is done by editing or creating a roll and ticking the fees that will be used.

Rolls are created, edited and deleted from the rolls list. The rolls list shows all the rolls currently active in a centre

Default Booking and Casual Fees

For each roll, fees should be nominated as the Default Booking and the Default Casual fee. When inserting names on the roll QikKids will automatically use the appropriate fee, depending on whether the child is being inserted casually or as part of a booking. This fee can also be overridden on a per child basis on the booking screen, and also manually set when marking the roll.
